Board Governance Seminars . This year, The Benedict Foundation will offer its sixth in a series of four consecutive Board Governance Seminars in Webinar Format. The Webinars will meet online on Wednesdays, March 2, 9, 23, and 30 from 3:00 to 4:00 pm EST. This year the webinar series is being offered entirely-free of charge. For more information click here.

Yarn Sale. The Benedict Foundation will hold its Third Annual Yarn Sale on Thursday, April 7, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Foundation's Conference Center at 1013 E. Moore St., Southport.

Committee Planning Webinar. The Benedict Foundation will offer a Committee Planning webinar on Wednesday, June 8, 3:00 - 4:15 pm. This webinar is to introduce participants to the Planning Maps the Foundation uses in Committee planning and in its Stragetic Planning Retreat in July. Upcoming Webinars. The Benedict Foundation has two upcoming webinars (online seminars) on their summer-fall schedule:

Continuity Planning for Nonprofits focuses on disaster planning, and in particular hurricane preparations, for nonprofit organizations. This webinar will be offered on Wednesday, August 24, from 3:00 to 4:15 pm Eastern time.

Cloud Computing for Nonprofits is being offered on Monday, September 12 from 3:00 to 4:15 Eastern time as part of the Benedict Foundation's National Service Day.
